1.How to cancel the order?
After the order is paid successfully, the user can check the order status in the account order details.
Cancellation within 30 minutes is supported and you can cancel your order in the order details. After an order is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days. The exact refund time depends on your payment method.
Orders that have been packaged and shipped: Orders have been processed and cannot be returned to the package and cannot be cancelled.

In order to return an item, you will need to contact us within 45 natural days of the return expiry date to request a return and provide your purchase history or order number from Cleanprosupplies.com. Place the original packaging in the shipping box.
