Order Cancellation

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After 1 hour, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.

Returnable within 45 natural days

The website supports returns and exchanges within 45 natural days without reason.

If you receive the product more than 45 natural days, we will not be able to provide you with a return or exchange service.

Return orders are processed within 1-3 business days

Our service hours are Monday-Friday/10:00AM-7:00PM (CST).

Return orders submitted after 7:00 PM will be prioritized for processing on the next business day, and orders placed after 7:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Return orders will not be processed at weekends.

Return and exchange criteria:

1. Returns and exchanges need to be within 45 natural days after you sign for the broom.
If the receipt time exceeds 45 natural days, we will not be able to provide you with a return service.

2. Returns must ensure that the broom is new and undamaged.

If you need to return an item and meet the return criteria, you can request a return in one of two ways:

2. Find the order you need to return on your order details page, submit your return request and we will approve it for you as soon as possible.

You can also contact Perry Edna at [email protected] after you have applied for a return yourself and we will give you priority in processing your order.

Return and Refund

If you have decided to return the goods, you can follow the following process:

1. Pack the broom: Please pack the broom in its original packaging, including the accessories and freebies received.

2. Send it yourself: Send the broom to 557 S Union St, Montgomery, Alabama 36104. After sending, please send us the logistics information and courier bill number by email [email protected], so that we can check and refund you as soon as possible after receiving it.

3. Return Shipping: If the return shipping cost is due to quality or shipping problems with the broom (e.g. received broken broom handle), the shipping cost will be borne by Cleanprosupplies.com.
If the return is due to the customer’s personal dislike of the received broom (color or style), wrong photo, etc., the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

4. Refund processing: Once the returned broom reaches Cleanprosupplies.com’s warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.
Refund amount will be refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days, please wait patiently.
