1. What countries can orders be shipped to?

Due to manufacturer restrictions, we currently only support orders to the United States.

2. How many business days does it take for an order to be processed?

We process all US payment orders within 1-3 business days.

3. What is the daily order processing cut-off time?

Our service hours are Monday-Friday/10:00AM-7:00PM(CST). Order processing ends at 7:00PM daily and orders placed after 7:00PM will be prioritized for processing the following Monday at 10:00AM. No shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays, your Saturday and Sunday orders will be prioritized starting at 10:00AM the following Monday. 

4. What is the shipping time for products?

We ship flat rate using Standard Shipping for orders over $30. For orders less than $30, we will charge a $3 delivery fee. Express shipping takes 5-8 business days to arrive at your destination. After placing your order, we will send you an email with your order number and order tracking code, please keep it safe, it is your proof of purchase from cleanprosupplies.com, thank you for your support.

5. What is the delivery time?

6. Who is responsible for taxes?

Please be aware that sales tax is the responsibility of the customer, not the merchant.

7. What if the shipping time is too long?

8. What if my order takes too long to process?

Our order processing time is generally 1 to 3 business days, and will be delayed in case of holidays. If there are no special circumstances, please contact us if your order takes more than 10 business days to process. If you have not shipped your order, we will arrange a refund or help you check whether the order has been shipped, if not, we can help you resend the order. If you are not satisfied with the above problem solving, please do not hesitate to consult our customer service immediately, we will provide you with a satisfactory solution.

9. Signed for

Signed for by another person as the consignee himself signed for the receipt.

Our brooms are packed in special bags, then packed into outer boxes and sealed for transport. Please check whether the package and the broom is intact before signing. If the broom is damaged or dirty, please reject it and promptly contact customer service to explain the reason, we will promptly follow up.

If there is no quality problem with the broom, the customer rejects the package and the return shipping cost of the order is borne by the customer.

If you find the broom damaged or soiled after signing, please contact us within 24 hours after signing and provide your order number and unboxing video. Because more than 24 hours, we can not determine whether the damage to the broom is in transit or caused by man.

Unclaimed and undeliverable packages due to customer reasons (wrong or incomplete address). We do not assume any responsibility and do not process order return requests. Please make sure your receiving information is correct when you place your order, and you cannot change the shipping information after delivery. If you need to change your address because it is undeliverable due to a wrong address, you can send an email to [email protected] and we will try to contact the courier company to make changes. Any additional shipping costs or extra charges incurred will be borne by the customer.

Please check the order information carefully before payment. Shipping information cannot be changed after shipping.
